I’ve always believed that every woman holds something powerful inside her — a gift, a spark, a skill that’s uniquely hers. Skaicrafts & Candles Co was born from that belief.

For me, it started with a quite desire: to create something beautiful, meaningful, and lasting. To turn my creativity into something that could light up a space — not just with fragrance, but with feelings.

In a world that moves too fast, I wanted to slow down. I wanted to give myself — and other women — moments to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with their power.

Each candle I pour or handcraft is a small act of purpose. Hand-poured, & hand-crafted in Calgary with care, my candles are designed and crafted to turn everyday routines into rituals, and rooms into something beautiful, and reflections of calm, strength, and warmth.

More than just scent, these candles are about intention. About bringing beauty into your surroundings and sharing your light with others.

Because I believe everyone of us is gifted. And when we share those gifts — whether through art, scent, kindness, or creativity — we make this world a little softer, a little brighter, and a lot more beautiful.

In the beginning, I never planned to start a candle business. I just wanted my space to feel like me — calm, cozy, scented with comfort after long days. What began as a little creative escape turned into a quite obsession. Blending scents, Pouring and crafting by hand, Waiting for the wax to cure like waiting for a moment to settle. Each candle I make is a piece of my story — inspired by the rituals, memories, and moods that ground us. Skaicrafts & Candles Co was born from that space. A mix of heart, scent, and soul. I pour and handcraft these candles in small batches from my home in Calgary, using soy wax and scents that linger— not just in the room, but in the moment. This is more than a product. It’s an experience.
